Beautiful, but not really low-rise

The lace and the construction overall is beautiful, but I have to say that as a petite lady, this doesn’t look as good on me as it would on someone taller! Partly because it’s not quite low-rise because of the height of the lace band. So besides the slightly misleading name, it’s pretty.
