A Hole in One

Upon the 3rd wear of a pair in a 3-pack deal a hole emerged on my left hip. I’m on vacation and had only worn this one pair as I had tossed the remaining two in my suitcase unopened. I bought the 3-pack maybe 3 weeks ago. This happened the last time I purchased from Cosabella years ago. The engineering/construction had changed and wasn’t great. A hole emerged after just a few wears. The seam stitching unraveled and I had to throw away. I reached out to you all then and I believe you helped me, but the same thing occurred. I had not purchased since until recently. I thought I would try again. I used to purchase Cosabella exclusively when sold at Neiman’s. I’m still wearing those panties, many years later. I’m really sad that my last purchases, especially my most recent is subpar. They used to be the absolute best. Frustrating. I was going to reach out to you all but then this survey opportunity popped up in my email.
