One of the challenges of purchasing Cosabella's bralettes is figuring out the sizing, especially those made of lace that is thicker than that of the Never Say Never line, and those that have hook and eye closures vs. the pull-over styles. With a 28" band and 33" bust, I usually wear a NSN Curvy small (pull-over) and the Soire Confidence, Paradiso, and Pret a Porter Curvy XS models with hooks and eyes. During Cosabella's recent pre-Christmas sale, their Jhansi bralettes and panties in the beautiful dark ruby red color Sindoor Red were offered at a great price, so I purchased one Curvy size S and a regular size S to wear, compare, and enjoy. Of the two, the regular size S fits me better, as the bralette itself is less bulky, as are the cups and the straps, Both bralettes' cups are lined with mesh, though the Curvy has an extra interior side mesh "sling" of extra support and a mesh lining around the back as well. The straps of the Curvy are 3/4" wide, while those of the regular size S are 1/2" in width. The elastic band and the elastic around the arms of the Curvy are 1/2" wide, while the elastic around the arms of the regular size is 3/8". Both models have 3" of lace trim below the band. The cup of the Curvy measures 10" across the widest part, while the cup of the regular measures 8", with both offering a plunge neckline. On me, at 5'1", the Curvy model fits like a cami, coming just above the belly button, but also coming up higher under the arms. The regular size S is lighter and shorter, and fits me better as a true bralette.
